End-user Support Ticketing Portal The portal allows any user in the organization to submit tickets directly to support.
Summary Reporting Upon Request Over time we collect data as to the most common problems and best solutions. Clients may use this data also as needed.
Strategic Review of New Third-Party IT Services Two hours strategic consulting per month on related IT services that impact the organization.
IT Subscription Management Annual IT subscriptions managed by AxioTek within the MSP. Client responsible for annual fee.
