ART is retiring! No, not the guy in the mail-room!  We’re talking about the SQL report writing tool for ServicePoint – Advanced Report Tool (ART).

By now, most ServicePoint users are aware that ServicePoint vendor, WellSky, is retiring the Advanced Reporting Tool for ServicePoint, affectionately known as ART. Built on SAP’s Business Objects platform, ART has powered thousands of custom reports for many years and allowed users to perform sophisticated analysis on their data.

However, ART, in its current incarnation, relies on outdated technology no longer compatible with modern browsers and is wisely being retired by WellSky in favor of a great new data visualization tool – Qlik Sense.

Unfortunately for system administrators and other report writers, there is no automated report migration available. All existing ART reports have to be rebuilt by hand on the new Qlik Sense platform.
