• Asset and Inventory Reporting: Maintenance of computer hardware inventory and users.
• Two On-Site Hours Per Month: Included with PC support in case issues cannot be solved remotely.

NETWORK SUPPORT SERVICES
Provides basic services to keep the network secure and notify us of any imminent problems.

• Monitoring and Management: We provide network monitoring regardless of any subscription in place.
• Security Patch Management: Installation of software updates and patches for OS and mission critical software as needed.
• Firewall Management: We recommend hardened firewall devices for all of our clients, with or without a monitoring subscription.
• Content Filtering anti-malware Protection: Basic managed content filtering and malware protection.

CLOUD SUPPORT SERVICES
As businesses increasingly migrate to cloud-only services, we take on the responsibilities of your organization’s cloud administration.
